Client Agenda

When you plan a client or prospect meeting, prepare the stage for a successful outcome.

Show your business-planning expertise.

Have you ever walked into a meeting without a plan? It's uncomfortable! Prepare an agenda for each client and prospect meeting. You'll impress your client and prospect while paving the road for success!

Here's an example of a client agenda:

Meeting Agenda for Brad and Angelina Pitt

    1. Our firm and practice

    2. Your goals

    3. The steps of our process

    4. Creating solutions for your goals

    5. Arrangement of progress meetings

Of course, your client or prospect is central to each agenda item. Your goal is to collect information about the client. You've prepared the meeting to exchange information, and you've directed the client to bring existing statements and relevant materials to discuss. Your discussion helps to keep the meeting from appearing "canned" in any way. Allow the client or prospect to brainstorm at any point of the agenda. Don't forget to ask for referrals from your client or prospect. When she expresses appreciation for your services, she wants to recommend other people!
